Miracle League

On Saturday, the DC Tiger football players teamed up with the Douglas County Recreation Department for a fun day volunteering as Miracle League Buddies.  The boys enjoyed their time getting to know the Miracle League players.  The Tigers would like to thank Mieko Bercich, director of athletics, for allowing us to spend time with these amazing individuals!

The Tigers have extended an offer to all the Miracle League players to attend every DC home football game this year with free admission.... You are all a part of the DC Family now!

National Signing Day

Today is National Signing Day for football.  This is the day that most of the senior high school football prospects sign their national letter of intent across the country, which acknowledges the fact that they have earned a scholarship to a college or university.

We would like to congratulate our very own Quinzavious Sands for earning a full athletic scholarship to Catawba College!  It has been 5 years since a Tiger football player has achieved this honor.
