DC Beats Chapel Hill 41-7

It was a GREAT night to be a Tiger Fan!!! The Douglas County Tigers started slow, but finished fast in a BIG in county win against the Chapel Hill Panthers!

Opening Run Through Sign.... setting the tone early!!

Captains- Justin Bridges #83, Joe Caldwell #19, Carlos Serna #95, TJ Beaird #25
The Tigers' opening score occured on a blocked Chapel Hill field goal.  Freshman Jaytlin Askew blocked the kick, then Junior Dominick LaPene-Williams scooped up the ball and took it the length of the field for the score!

The score remained 6-0 through halftime.  The Tigers came out in the second half with a new attitude, and went on a scoring spree to put up a total of 41 points to secure their first victory of the 2013 season!

This is DOUGLAS COUNTY for a reason!
